Our Law Firm, ROBITU, RĂDULESCU, SANDI & ASOCIAŢII SCA, is approved by the Bucharest Bar Association, and all our lawyers are registered and authorized according to Romanian Law. Insuring the client’s best interest is at the core of what we do, whether our clients are companies, various organizations or private individuals; to this effect, there also exist special provisions within our profession’s law which regulate our activities.
Our Law Firm was created when our founding Partners, fully qualified lawyers with more than 8 years of experience and full rights to plead before all Courts of Law (including the Supreme Court), decided to reunite their competences in order to create a Law Firm that offers global, high-quality, dynamic and focused services. Our partners possess high level academic backgrounds, both in Romania and abroad, and experience at running their own legal practice as well as working within international Law Firms recognized by reputed legal publications. We integrated individual professional backgrounds into a global business experience characterized by expertise, multilanguage skills and teamwork approach.
Our background includes full-rights practice in and out of Court in favor of both domestic and international clients, companies and private individuals. We are both trial attorneys (barristers) and solicitors, not only qualified as such by law, but also by extended practice in various fields of law. We therefore consider ourselves to be a team of excellent professionals. As we grow, we also know how important it is to recognize and promote the values that have created our Firm, and as a result strive to improve our competences even further. We aim to offer excellent, extended and efficient services to clients, whether domestic or international, large or small companies, or private individuals. While developing their businesses and interests, they are reassured that they benefit from superior legal services and that they are fully and responsively assisted. Our Firm has its headquarters in the capital of Romania, Bucharest, where our main office is situated close to the Parliament and to all Courts of Law. In addition, we often assist clients in other Romanian main cities, among which Brasov, one of the main important culture and investment cities of tradition.
