Irina Rădulescu is founding and Managing Partner at Robitu, Rădulescu, Sandi & Asociaţii. She graduated in 2000 from both University of Bucharest - Law School and from University of Paris I- Panthéon-Sorbonne – Law College for European Studies, having both a Law degree and a Masters degree in European Law. She also has a post-graduate diploma in Private Law (2001). She was admitted to the Bucharest Bar Association in 2000 and has extensive experience in both counseling as well as in litigations, with full rights before all Romanian Courts (Supreme Court included). |

Before founding Robitu, Rădulescu, Sandi & Asociaţii, she has worked for many years within the Romanian Branch of a well-reputed international Law Firm, and at the same time owned her own private practice, thus building solid knowledge and practice in various domains, particularly in corporate and commercial deals as well as debt recovery, litigation and bankruptcy included, in everyday counseling as well as high-value transactions and for both medium and large scale national and international clients. Her practice in our Firm includes both counseling as well as acting in litigations before all Courts of Law. Her expertise covers various fields primarily corporate and commercial, debt recovery and bankruptcy, but she is also experienced in dealing with matters related to employment and competition, and, due to her specialized training, she is also counsels on European law aspects of the client’s deals. Irina speaks Romanian, English, French and Italian. |
