We aim to make a difference in developing the client’s business and interests by being honest, resourceful, clear, approachable and reliable. We always present an in depth panorama of the aspects involved and offer the most appropriate advice. Our Firm is registered at the Bucharest Bar Association and our Lawyers are duly qualified and authorized, therefore our services begin with due agreements prescribed by the Law and the Bucharest Bar Association. These agreements consist in the proper power of attorney and legal services contract which contain the manner in which the client instructs us to proceed. A copy of these documents, as well as a copy of our Terms of Business is available upon request. Our work is team work and we are committed to one or more of our Partners’ involvement in advising and assisting the client. Our Partners, all qualified as both solicitors and as trial attorneys (barristers), with extensive experience and full pleading rights to all Courts including the Supreme Court, insure the contact with the client and work with both our team and with the client. As a result, not only does of our Firm have an excellent team of lawyers, but each client’s interest will be even more closely pursued, thus insuring the right timing and informing and the proper decisions and therefore development of the case. All our services integrate utmost expertise, are modeled according to the client’s needs and are performed in a courteous and professional manner. To that purpose clients may request our assistance either occasionally, regarding a special in or out of Court solution, or, they may choose to benefit from our services on a regular basis, this option being usually more convenient, especially for clients who have extended business or interests in Romania. We cover a wide area of practice, for companies, individuals and different organizations, our expertise including both consultancy and litigation. Our complete legal services insure a full level of protection for the client: on the one hand, prevention by means of offering advice to minimize the risks, and, on the other hand, wherever needed, problem solving within context of litigation and dispute resolution. We also offer our clients, upon request, an extensive range of contacts with experienced professionals in the various fields where our Firm has contacts: notaries, accountants, experts in various fields, translators, executors, insolvency professionals, real estate Firms, recruiting agencies etc. These professionals have proven reliable over the years. In addition, our clients benefit from convenient terms in relation to such professionals and we are able to ensure, where needed, contact between the client and such professionals. Where a major change in legislation or economic conditions may be of importance, we make it a point to inform the client of its content and effects. Clients may also choose to receive via email our bimonthly extended newsletter, in addition to having access to the published summary on our website of the most recent important legislation updates. |
