Gabriel Sandi is Managing Partner at Robitu, Rădulescu, Sandi & Asociaţii. He is a graduate of the "Gheorghe Cristea" Law School - Bucharest 2000. He also has a Law degree from one of the most prestigious Universities in Italy ('La Sapienza' Law School - Rome - 2002). Gabriel holds a PhD in European law ('La Sapienza' Law School - Rome - 2006). Gabriel was admitted to the Bucharest Bar Association in 2000 (Romania) and in the Rome Bar Association in 2002 (Italy) and acts particularly in counseling matters for clients with business in the central part of Romania (Brasov). |
Before becoming a managing Partner of our Firm, he has owned his own private practice for many years, counseling clients in various fields, in particular real estate investments for both national and international clients as well as finance and commercial matters. He is currently advising in real estate and construction as well as in banking and finance and taxation. He also provides counsel on implications of European Union legislation, including on environment matters in connection to national regulations. His practice also covers media and advertising as well as healthcare. Gabriel speaks Romanian, English, French, Italian and German. |
