Romania becomes a part of the European Union ever since the 1st of January 2007. In the context of integrating Romania into the European market, our lawyers’ extensive academic training in European Union law has proven very valuable. To this effect our Firm benefits from the training of two of our Partners, Gabriel Sandi who has a PhD in European law from one of the most prestigious Italian universities, and Irina Rădulescu who has a Masters from the French University Panthéon-Sorbonne. We also know how important is to extend such knowledge, therefore all members of our team periodically participate in conferences, keeping up to date in order to understand how the European legislation is applied in Romania. As a result, we make it a point of always paying the utmost attention and integrating into our practice all aspects in which the European Union’s complex and unique legal system operates alongside Romanian law.
