Elena Robitu is Managing Partner at Robitu, Rădulescu, Sandi & Asociaţii. She is a graduate of the University of Bucharest Law School (2000), and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar Association in the same year. She has a postgraduate degree in Private law and an LLM in Business law. Before founding Robitu, Rădulescu, Sandi & Asociaţii, she has successfully led her private practice for 6 years, having dealt in real estate transactions of high-value as well as corporate and commercial matters, litigation, employment and various other fields including private client requests. |
She currently advises in real estate and construction, employment, litigation and dispute resolution and banking and finance. Her expertise also covers intellectual property and information technology as well corporate and private client matters and healthcare, covering both areas of counseling and of litigation matters at various stages and before all Romanian Courts including the Supreme Court. Elena has authored and is currently working on legal publications with one of the leading legal editors in Romania. She speaks Romanian and English. |
